BLACK TEA
This Lychee black tea is made with an excellent grade of Yunnan Dianhong grown at an altitude of 1000 metre above sea level from Feng Qing city Yunnan province China.
A naturally flavoured tea, combining high-quality tea leaves with sweet, succulent lychee. It is prepared by mixing the tea leaves with the exotic lychee fruit until the tea absorbs the scent of the fruit. The lychee is then removed; leaving the tea naturally scented.
Lychee is an exotic tropical fruit that is incredibly popular in Asia. In ancient China the lychee was a symbol for love, beauty, and well-being. Lychee fruit is native to southern China’s provinces Guangdong and Fujian.
The uniqueness of this Loose Leaf Tea cannot be overstated. Connoisseurs often describe Lychee fruits, in particular as reminiscent of grapes with a hint of rose.
